This course will teach you how to test the strength and function of muscles to discover muscle weakness, pathology, and faulty biomechanics. This hour is one of nine. It will demonstrate how to identify poor posture and develop an appropriate treatment plan. It will also describe how to help various associated musculoskeletal and physiological complaints.
Dr. Scott Levine teaches the causes, signs, symptoms, and long-term effects of poor posture. Finally, you will learn the appropriate muscles to test and treat in the presence of a posture-related dysfunction or complaint.
Learning Objectives
Viewers will be able to detect functional abnormalities due to poor posture. In addition, they will be able to assess the biomechanics of gait and posture through muscle testing, allowing them to uncover the cause of dysfunction, leading to better care and achievement of long-term goals.
