This hour is one of a ten-hour live workshop. In this hour, Dr. Liebenson teaches exercises for the lower quarter to allow the clinician to grade fundamental movements using Gray Cook’s scoring methods and correct specific functional abnormalities. These are specific exercises the clinician should assess before the Magnificent 7 exercise assessment.
Faulty movement patterns can lead to chronic disease and instability in the average person and the elite athlete. This hour can be taken alone but would be best if taken in sequence with the entire course. In the 10-hour course, Dr. Liebenson teaches how to detect and ultimately correct these faulty movement patterns allowing the average person and the elite athlete to reach their full potential while reducing the risk of injury.
Learning Objectives
The participant will be able to diagnose and prescribe exercises for the lower quarter to improve fundamental movement patterns and increase strength and performance.
